THE NEW FERRETTI YACHTS 780 HITS THE WATER
Following its technical launch on June 22nd in Cattolica, the new Ferretti Yachts 780 is finally set to be unveiled. The world premiere of this luxury flybridge yacht will take place between 8th and 10th September 2017 at the Ferretti Group Private Preview, Yacht Club de Monaco, and will have its public debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival later that month.
Designed in collaboration with the Product Strategy Committee, the Ferretti Group Engineering Department and Studio Zuccon International Project, the new all-GRP yacht measures 78.9ft|24m in length and denotes a perfect connection between the under-70 fleet and the larger Ferretti Yachts.
Characterised by a strong aerodynamic profile and sleek lines, the Ferretti Yachts 780 is “a perfect blend of comfort, style, seaworthiness and safety”. With an emphasis on outdoor living, a beach club area is located to the stern of the yacht and includes a large fold out bathing platform, two sofas and a central sun pad. Triple glass patio doors lead into the saloon of the yacht, together with a cutaway bulwark, facilitate plenty of natural light.
Below deck you will find a full-beam master cabin with walk-in closet and separate office area, two guest doubles, a twin cabin and separate crew quarters, all of which are en-suite.
Power is provided by a pair of 1,400hp MAN diesel engines, reaching a top speed of 28 knots and cruising speed of 24 knots. A stabilisation system and a 300hp engine upgrade can be included as optional extras.
